A complete stencilling service is provided, images can be applied to customers new or used screen frames ready for printing. We can stencil frames from 100mm x 100mm to 6000mm x 3500mm using our custom exposure units. The manufacture of photo stencils is carried out in climate controlled environments to guarantee the life and quality of the product. Custom built humidity controlled drying cabinets with high volume filtered air at a constant temperature are utilised in stencil production ensuring each stencil is made to the same exacting standard. We also offer a coating service for screens which are then enclosed in light proof black polythene for exposing at a later date. Our vastly experienced stencillers are used to differing customer specifications so be it a screen for t-shirt printing or a screen for printing glass bottles we can produce the right stencil for the right application.
